OMNI GYM FUN!

Today we went to the Omni gym. We are learning so many new skills. We have some fantastic naturals in our class. It is very obvious the children that are active and outside using their gross motor skills everyday. It is amazing what physical skills the children develop through playing outside! Creating patterns on the IWB

We are learning about repeating patterns durning maths. Here we have some photos of the children sharing their thinking with making number patterns on the IWB!

Perfect Patterns!

We are learning about patterns. We are using coloured sticks to create a repeating pattern. We shared our patterns with a buddy and we explored different ways to make a repeating pattern using colors.

Mmmmmm m&ms in mmmmaths!!

We are learning about tally charts. Here we are creating a tally chart showing the different coloured m&ms in our cup! We are learning to then plot that information on a block graph. Stay tuned to see our block graphs!

Harold's Classroom

Bubbles! Bubbles! Bubbles!

We have been reading a book called "Bubble Trouble" by Jill Eagleton.
