We are keeping active by practising our skipping skills. It is showing to be something we need lots of practise doing! We are trying to remember to put the rope behind us when we start, then FLICK over and JUMP! This could be something you do at home as well.

Discovery Learning

Having fun at discovery learning time.

We have discovery learning every second week on a Friday.During this time we have the opportunity to visit different classrooms and choose what activity we would like to try.We can meet up with friends from other classes and even make new friends.This term we are focusing on the key competency of

"participating and contributing."

Superheroes and more bus stops

We have been designing and creating our own superheroes and superhero costumes at our bus stop activities.  The bus stops that we get to choose from are literacy, numeracy, ICT and art based.  We make and create things, play, work together, manage ourselves and have fun in the process.  Next week we will start a new 'wondering or provocation' where there will be lots of new and exciting bus stops to participate in.
